Our policy
HAIR TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Customers must provide their own hair for the chosen service.
- Please make sure your hair is product free NO GREASE, NO OIL, NO LEAVE-IN CONDITIONER OR GEL ETC. Failure to comply can lead to cancellation.
- We do not work with bundles that are cut into small pieces.
- If you are unable to flatiron your hair, please add this on when you book your appointment. If it is not communicated in a timely manner that it is not convenient, or if it is not executed properly, there is a possibility that the appointment will be canceled.
- Extra company is not allowed. If you arrive with company, they will be asked to leave.
- Your appointment time is an estimated time on how long it will roughly take to do your hair. Sometimes i do tend to run out, or be done much earlier, please bare this in mind.
CONFIRMATION
- After booking you will receive a confirmation email with the address. Ensure that your email address is correct before booking your appointment.
DEPOSITS
- A deposit of 30% of your chosen service must be payed to confirm your appointment. All deposits are included in the price of the chosen service. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE unless the appointment was canceled by us! In the event of re-scheduling within 24-hour or cancellation, another deposit will be required.
SQUEEZE-IN
- Last minute squeeze-ins require a fee of €25,00. Please Whatsapp for a possible squeeze-in.
LATE POLICY
- 15 MINUTES LATE = The appointment will automatically be cancelled.
CANCELLATIONS
- If you want to cancel your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. If you fail to let us know within 24 hours before your appointment time, you will have to make a new appointment and a new deposit is also required. If you fail to show up without any form of communication, you will automatically be blocked on my system and noted on the blacklist!
RESCHEDULING
- Appointments rescheduled up to 24 hours beforehand allow for deposit reuse. Rescheduling within 24 hours forfeits the deposit.
BUNDLE GUIDE
- For weave hairstyles and the half up half down style we only work with Raw or virgin hair, we do not work with hair from the Hairshop, Aliexpress, Shein, Amazone or synthetic hair.
REFUND POLICY
- We a 24 hour grace period in which you can come back with any problems or issues with your hair or appointment and we will rectify the issue. We do not give out refunds, but we will always look for at a fitted solution for both parties.
